hi just noticed the tech area but already posted this in the barcrest area got a problem with our big brother machine it wont work and is displaying a no 24 volt input code thing hope someone can help

hi im not very electronicly minded but we have a big brother machine that used to work fine untill one day it started to just ring alarm bells and a message saying something along the lines of no 24 volt input can anyone give me some advice on how to get it back up and running
